Patients in India carry paper files from doctor to doctor, or can't recall their history in an emergency, and doctors have no continuity of care. A founder came to WictroniX to solve both sides of the consultation room without losing the simplicity mass adoption needs.

Two-app architecture
A doctor app for practice management and patient history, and a patient app for personal health records - separate UX on a shared, real-time data layer.
Doctors first
Onboarded the supply side through medical associations, clinic networks and LinkedIn.
Patient growth
Social campaigns with health content, doctor introductions and feature demos, run alongside doctor onboarding.
App store launch
Full Google Play and App Store deployment, including store listings and launch coordination.
