This policy applies to services purchased from WictroniX InfoTech Private Limited ("WictroniX", "we", "us"). Where you have signed a proposal, statement of work or agreement with us, the cancellation and refund terms in that document take precedence over this page.
Advance and booking payments
Advance or booking payments reserve our team's time and cover initial discovery and planning. They are non-refundable once work on your engagement has started. If you cancel before any work has started, the advance is refunded in full.
Cancelling a project
You may cancel a project at any time by giving us written notice by email to info@wictronix.com. On cancellation:
- you pay for the work completed up to the date we receive your notice, calculated on the milestones or rates in your proposal;
- any amount you have paid in excess of the work completed is refunded; and
- any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (such as software licences, domains, hosting, stock assets or advertising spend) are not refundable.
Monthly retainers
Monthly retainer services (such as marketing, social media, SEO or ongoing development) can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Fees for the month in which notice is given are not refundable, and services continue until the end of the notice period.
How to request a refund
Email info@wictronix.com with the subject line "Refund request", your company name, the invoice number and the reason for your request. We will review it against the work completed and respond within 7 business days.
Refund timelines and method
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method, in Indian Rupees (INR). The time taken for the amount to reach your account depends on your bank or payment provider. We are not responsible for charges or conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.
Cancellation by WictroniX
If we are unable to continue an engagement for reasons within our control, we will refund any amount paid for work not yet delivered.
Disputes
We will try to resolve any disagreement about cancellations or refunds through good-faith discussion. If it cannot be resolved, it will be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes apply to engagements confirmed after the "Last updated" date above.
