This Privacy Policy explains how WictroniX InfoTech Private Limited ("WictroniX", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit https://www.wictronix.com (the "Website"), contact us, or apply to work with us. We process personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and other applicable Indian law. For the purposes of the DPDP Act, WictroniX is the Data Fiduciary.

Personal data we collect
- Contact and support forms: your name, email address and the message you send us.
- Project enquiry and careers forms: the details you choose to share, such as your name, email, phone number, company, project requirements, budget, CV or portfolio links.
- Bot checks on forms: when you fill in a form, hCaptcha processes your IP address, browser and interaction data to confirm that you are a person and not an automated program.
- WhatsApp, email and phone: your phone number or email address and the contents of your conversation with us.
- Usage data: pages visited, clicks, scrolls, approximate location, device and browser type, referring website and IP address, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies and analytics" below) and through our hosting provider's server logs.
We do not ask for sensitive data such as financial account passwords, health information or government ID numbers through this Website. Please do not send us such information.
Why we use your data

- To deliver the services you engage us for and to manage our client relationship.

Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure Website traffic and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with our pages, including heatmaps and session recordings. These tools set cookies and collect usage data as described above. Form fields are masked by Clarity by default. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Who we share data with
We share personal data only with service providers (Data Processors) who help us run our business, and only as needed for the purposes above:
- Web3Forms - delivers the Website's form submissions (strategy call, careers, contact and support) to our inbox.
- hCaptcha (Intuition Machines) - checks that form submissions come from people, not bots.
- Google (Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity) - website analytics.
- Vercel - hosts the Website.
- Our email and WhatsApp providers - for communicating with you.
Some of these providers store data on servers outside India. Such transfers are made in line with the DPDP Act and any restrictions notified by the Government of India. We may also disclose personal data where required by law or by a lawful request from a government authority.
How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry and communication data for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our engagement plus any period required by tax, accounting or other laws. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the respective tools. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:
- access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct, complete or update your personal data;
- have your personal data erased, unless we must keep it by law;
- withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it;
- nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity; and
- have your grievances addressed by us.

Grievance redressal
If you have a question or complaint about how we handle your personal data, contact our Grievance Officer at info@wictronix.com with the subject line "Privacy request". We will acknowledge your request promptly and respond within the time required by law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and restricted access, to protect your personal data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify the Data Protection Board and affected individuals as required by law.
Children
The Website is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian. If you believe a child has shared personal data with us, please contact us and we will delete it.
